# Terms of Service for Sobreviva.App

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Sobreviva.App application (the "Service") operated by us.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
## 1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
## 3. Subscription Tiers and Payments
The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers ("Free Tier," "Premium Tier," "Family Tier").
- **Free Tier:** Access to basic features, which may be subject to limitations (e.g., number of AI requests per month).
- **Premium/Family Tiers:** Access to advanced features and higher usage limits, subject to payment.
All payment and billing for subscriptions are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.
## 4. AI-Powered Features and Disclaimer of Liability
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to provide features such as item recognition from photos, pantry analysis, and recipe suggestions. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- **AI is a Tool:** The AI features are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., nutritional, medical, or safety).
- **No Guarantees of Accuracy:** AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information generated by the AI, including but not limited to item identification, expiration date reading, nutritional analysis, or recipe safety.
- **User Responsibility:** **You are solely responsible for verifying all information.** This includes, but is not limited to:
- Verifying the identity and expiration dates of food and medicine.
- Checking all ingredients in recipes for allergens, contaminants, or other dietary restrictions before preparation or consumption.
- Ensuring that any action you take based on the AI's suggestions is safe and appropriate for your situation.
- **Limitation of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of life, health, property, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any information or content generated by the Service, including its AI features; (iii) any action you take based on such information.
## 5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sobreviva.App and its licensors.
## 6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
## 7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Portugal], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
## 8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
